Etihad Airways lease B767-300ER

Indigo Aviation has arranged the long term wet lease of a PW4060 powered B767-300ER delivered to
Etihad Airways (EY/ETD) in September 2007.

The UAE National Flag Carrier will base the aircraft in Abu Dhabi and plans to utilize it on their
busy Middle East and Asian route network.

Etihad Airways is one of the fastest growing airlines in the world and currently operate to over 37
destinations throughout the globe.  They have won numerous awards for their outstanding onboard
service and in 2004 placed an unprecedented US$8 billion order with Boeing and Airbus that included
four A380 aircraft.

B737-300 leased to African Flag Carrier

Indigo Aviation has placed a B737-300 on long term wet lease contract with Cameroon national flag
carrier, Cameroon Airlines (UY/UYC).    

The aircraft, manufactured in 1997 and powered by CFM56-3C1 engines will be operating the airlines
scheduled services within Central and West Africa to destinations including Libreville, Lagos,
Kinshasa, Abidjan and Dakar. 

Indigo Aviation have also wet leased a B767-200ER to Cameroon Airlines on ad-hoc basis to operate
their inter-continental routes to Europe over recent months.

Indigo Aviation leases B767 to Gabon Airlines

Gabon Airlines took to the skies for its maiden flight on 10 April 2007 with a B767-200ER on long
term wet lease arranged by Indigo Aviation.

The aircraft will initially operate the flag carriers inaugural route between Libreville and Paris
Charles de Gaulle with additional destinations including Johannesburg and Dubai to be added to the
schedule in the coming months.  

Gabon Airlines will also add two ex-United Airlines B767-200s to their fleet later this year.

Indigo Aviation has finalized a Memorandum of Understanding with Kenya Airways to provide
replacement passenger aircraft on ACMI / wet lease basis in the event of AOG or similar scenario,
requiring an immediate solution to assist in protecting the integrity of their worldwide flight
schedule.

B767-200ER leased to Egyptair

Indigo Aviation completed a successful wet lease of a B767-200ER to national flag carrier Egyptair
during December and January to supplement their fleet during the busy Hajj period.  The aircraft,
configured with a 2 class cabin, operated scheduled services to a number of destinations in Europe
and the Middle East.

Fokker 100 leased to Air One

Air One, a leading carrier in Italy and partner of Lufthansa wet leased a Fokker 100 from Indigo
Aviation for a period of 4 months to operate domestic and short haul international services to
cover fleet maintenance and seasonal capacity demand.  The aircraft, configured with 109 seats
operated with a 100% dispatch reliability throughout the lease term.

New Clients for Indigo Aviation

Easyjet, one of Europe’s leading low cost airlines became a new client for Indigo Aviation during
the busy summer period, leasing a total of 5 aircraft on ad-hoc wet lease basis including B737-400,
B757-200 and MD83 aircraft.   

A number of TUI Group airlines also joined the ranks of Indigo Aviation’s growing client base and a
range of short and long haul aircraft were provided to cover AOG and seasonal capacity
